On the third floor of the Jacy’z Hotel & Resort you will find the Jacy’z Sports Club.
A facility exclusively for members and hotel guests.
The home arena and the place for those who want to train, sweat and build muscles at Gothenburg’s hottest gym.
As a guest of Jacy’z Hotel & Resort, you have access to our state-of-the-art fitness facility – Jacy’z Sports Club.
Upon arrival and check-in, you will receive a key card that gives you 24-hour access.
As a member of our sports club you get access to the gym, group training, Jacy’z Member Days, Morning Sessions in Pachanga Pool Club and even more.
If you want, you can add personal training to your membership.
Start basic or level up – it’s up to you!
CORPORATE TRAINING
Do you want to become stronger together with your colleagues, your friends or with your association or club?
Our coaches will tailor a training program for you and give you a training experience beyond the ordinary.
After your strength training or treadmill run, good food and drinks are waiting around the corner in one of our restaurants.
So make sure to refluel before leaving Jacy’z!

MOBILITY MONDAYS
Every Monday, we’ll roll out the yoga mat for you in the fire pit of the Pachanga Pool Club.
Overlooking the entire city, you can enjoy a 45-minute yoga-inspired session that will promote physical strength and increase your flexibility.
After the class, settle into one of the daybeds and enjoy a delicious smoothie.
This is the ultimate start to your week!
We also welcome non-members to this session.
The pass is free for you as a member of Jacy’z Sports Club.
All you need to do is book your place in GoActive or Bruce.app.

Weekly schedule
Monday: Strength / Lift
Mainly strength, basic exercises, focus on good technical execution and control to get stronger.
Equipment: Kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells weight plates etc.
Tuesday: Cardio / Sweat
Primary body weight, high heart rate, short and long intervals.
Equipment: Body weight, cardio machines like SKI-erg,
Rowing machine, air-bike, can be used.
Wednesday: Athlete
A combination of the two previous days, get in touch with your inner athlete where you are challenged with both throwing, jumping and pulling moments.
Equipment: cardio machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, slam balls, weight plates, etc.
Thursday: Mobility + Core
Your mobility is the primary focus today.
Repetitions are few but work for longer periods.
Lots of stability and yoga-inspired movements.
Equipment: Body weight, rubber band
Friday: Coach Choice
Be ready for anything to happen!
