Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, there’s a parking garage directly connected to the hotel. The address is Drakegatan 16, the same street as the hotel’s main entrance.

Hotel Guests? Book Your Spot in Advance!

Secure your parking before you even arrive. You can pre-book a 24-hour spot (12 PM – 12 PM) in our garage for SEK 350 including VAT – directly when you book your room. The parking is right by the hotel, making check-in smooth and easy.

Spontaneous Visitors? We Have Space for You Too.

If you haven’t pre-booked, you can still park using Easypark on the lower level – at the same price and with the same convenient, city-center location.

Electric Car?

The garage has ChargeNode charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis. You pay for the charging via ChargeNode and Waybler. The charging station has universal outlets, so please bring your own cable.

Drive safely!

How many people can stay in one room?

You can stay a maximum of 3 people per room with us. There’s space for two in regular beds and an extra, slightly smaller bed (180×80 cm) that is placed on the floor. It’s perfect for children or teenagers, but it also works for adults if they’re comfortable with the size.

Our suite, “The Big One,” accommodates 4 people (2 adults, 2 children).

How close is it to Liseberg?

It’s approximately a 15-minute walk from Jacy’z Hotel & Resort to Liseberg.

What's the age limit for the pool club?

Children are warmly welcome at the hotel! Here’s a breakdown of the age limits for our different areas:

Pachanga Pool Club & Spa

0-12 years old: Welcome with a guardian between 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
13-15 years old: Welcome with a guardian between 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
16+ years old: Welcome with a guardian between 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
An 18-year age limit applies for “Night sessions” between 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

Treatments

There’s an 18-year age limit to book a treatment.

PAM’S (Our Outdoor Pool)

3+ years old: Welcome with a guardian until 11:00 AM.
18-year age limit: Applies at all other times.
16-year age limit: Applies at all other times if accompanied by a guardian.

Other Activities

If you’re younger and looking for an activity, we recommend visiting our Playground on the ground floor. Here, you’ll find billiards, ping-pong, and shuffleboard. It’s open to everyone, and no prior booking is needed!
