An Jacy’z Hotel & Resort gift card is the perfect present – for a birthday, Christmas, or just when someone deserves a little extra care. With the gift card, the recipient can choose their own experience: perhaps an overnight stay with breakfast in our luxurious hotel environment, a relaxing day at our spa, or a brunch with great food and a wonderful atmosphere.

At Jacy’z, the food, ambiance, and service are truly extraordinary – and with a gift card, every guest can create their own version of enjoyment. The card is delivered digitally straight to your inbox, and you choose any amount from 100 SEK and up. It’s a gift that always feels right – no matter the occasion or the recipient!

FAQ about our gift cards

Questions and answers to some of our guests’ most common questions.

All our gift cards can be purchased for any amount and are valid throughout Jacy’z. All regular gift cards (excluding promotions like “The Christmas Gift”) are valid for 3 years. The gift card is sent to your email as a PDF within minutes of purchase, free of charge.

We also sell gift cards at our reception if you’re nearby. You’re warmly welcome to stop by!

When booking through our website, you can use your gift card as payment for your stay.

In the final step – “Step 3 of 3” – under the heading “Payment Information,” you’ll find a checkbox and the text “Pay with your gift card.” Tick this box and enter your gift card number. If you have multiple gift cards, you can use them in the same booking, one at a time. The gift card will be charged during this step. If the total cost exceeds the value of your gift card, you’ll be asked to enter your card details to cover the remaining amount.

To use your gift card for breakfast, lunch, or dinner bookings, simply make a table reservation and bring your gift card with you for payment on-site.

Unfortunately, we are not able to extend our gift cards beyond their current validity period.

However, you can book a stay for a later date as long as the booking is made and paid for before the gift card’s expiration date. (Does not apply to “The Christmas Gift” campaign.) Book your stay HERE!
