We have meeting rooms of all sizes, from small meetings for 2 people up to 800 people (400 seated configuration) in our Big Stage venue.

We’re a team dedicated to creating the best setup for you, ready to respond and give you a quick proposal based on your wishes and needs. We’re swift in getting back to you with pricing, arrangements, and available dates.

After that, our professional coordinators take over the booking to ensure the experience is as secure and smooth as possible for you – food preferences, tech, seating, and menu suggestions are their thing!

We direct and tailor your event together with you based on your wishes. The possibilities are endless here at our city resort in the heart of Gothenburg – the sky is the limit! At Jacy’z, you’ll find a pool club, golf simulators, ping-pong tables, shuffleboards, a cinema, several stages, a gym, sauna, a secret bar on the 17th floor that can be privately booked, a large lobby, and smooth check-in. Successful meetings need breaks and energy boosts! Food and fika (Swedish coffee break with treats) are important items to include on your agenda.

We offer a wide selection of fika, with options for both healthy choices and sweet cravings.

On the day of your meeting, our dedicated Meeting & Event team will be on-site to greet you for a final walkthrough of the venue. They’ll remain on hand throughout your entire stay, just a call or text away, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

We have a parking garage with direct access to Jacy’z where you can conveniently park your car. Payment is made via Easypark.
