The price for the sofa is the same regardless of how many people are in your group. The minimum booking is for 4 and the maximum is 6 people, so it’s perfectly fine to bring 2 additional guests if you’ve booked the sofa for 4.

If you’re fewer than 4 people, we recommend checking out some of our other ticket types.

Depending on the type of ticket you’ve purchased, you’ll be seated either on the floor level, balcony, or have standing/bar area access. Your seats are unnumbered, and our team will guide you upon arrival.

On the website, you’ll find both the door opening time and the show start time. Double-check what applies to your ticket. On your SMS ticket, under “more information,” you’ll find both the entry time and the live on stage time.

When you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS. Click on “View ticket” in the confirmation email. To find your tickets in your inbox, you can search for “showtime@jacyzhotel.com”.

Yes, absolutely! We certainly don’t want you going hungry when you’re at a concert. We have several restaurants and bars where you can order both food and drinks. Make sure to choose a ticket type that includes a meal, or book your table well in advance, as our restaurants often get fully booked in connection with Big Stage events.
