It’s Saturday, the energy is high and the weekend atmosphere fills the room. The DJ sets the tone with feel-good beats while Mimosa and Bloody Mary are mixed at the bar. A brunch with pulse, flavor and just the right amount of party – the perfect start to the weekend.

Flavors and taste galores
Whether you choose Saturday Brunch Fever on Saturday or Lazy Sunday Brunch on Sunday, a bombastic brunch buffet awaits.
On the hot side, there are sliders that melt in your mouth, perfect Egg Royals, pancakes to build high and accompanied by crispy bacon, sweet berries and unreasonable amounts of maple syrup. What about hash browns, moule frites, hot lamb sausage and meatballs? They have already taken their obvious places.
On the cold side? Incredible shrimp cocktails, salmon, steak tartare with sting, a maxed-out charcuterie board, creamy cheeses and Caesar salad to create exactly how you want. Leaving here hungry is an impossibility.
And yes – the dessert buffet is a chapter in itself. Tall American layer cakes, delicious cupcakes, irresistible mini tarts and donuts, sweets, chocolate, fruit and popcorn – all as photo-friendly as they are dangerously delicious!
