Under the name Archie’s Takeover, some of Gothenburg’s most exciting chefs and food personalities are invited to host three exclusive evenings at Archie’s at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort. Each evening has its own unique identity and menu, with only 100 seats available per night.
For this evening, chefs Niclas Yngvesson and Gustav Knutsson from acclaimed Bhoga are teaming up with wine importer Belle Maison to create an evening where the flavours take centre stage. Expect a relaxed yet sharp culinary experience, with uncompromising ingredients served in the unique setting of Archie’s.
